macaroni au gratin & bingka roti berjagung

mama buat macaroni ni bukan sempena rona roni makaroni ye.. huhuhu.. both recipe taken from rinnchan's fp.. senang dan mudah.. mama ada ubah2 sikit ikut selera mama.. kak ayu, white sauce ni senang gilerrr.. cuba la...
MACARONI AU GRATIN
Ingredients
200gm macaroni..boiled till softened. Mama pakai spigadoro.. sebab kat rumah tak ada stok macaroni.. hohoho
70gm Parmesan Cheese Mama pakai mozarella cheese aje.. pastu tambah breadcrumbs kasi cam kaler merah2 sikit bila dah bakar
Filling
200gm chicken sliced thinly Mama tak pakai seafood.. tak kena citarasa mama.. huhuhu
50gm minced meat
2 small potatoes- sliced thinly Pakai extra sikit sebab gratin sedap bila potato lebih
1 onion..preferably the white onion..chopped Mama pakai bawang blender aje.. ahaksss
2 teaspn black pepper Kurangkan kalau tak mahu rasa panas.. pakai 2 sudu memang panassss
White Sauce
4 tbs butter
5 tbs wheat flour
2 1/2 cups fresh milk
1/2 cube chicken stock (melt with 1/2 cup of warm water)
2/3 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Fry the mixture for the filling. Pour in some water to soften the potatoes faster. Keep aside. Mama used olive oil to fry..
  2. For the white sauce, melt the butter over a medium flame. Put in flour and continue whisking not to let the batter crumbled. Pour in milk, chicken stock mixture and salt.
  3. Pour in the filling mixture, stir well for a while and off the fire.
  4. Mix together white sauce with the macaroni. Pour into desired casserole and sprinkle adequate cheese on top. Then bake at 220 deg C for 15~20 mins.
  5. May be eaten as it is or with chilli sauce.
BINGKA ROTI BERJAGUNG
Bahan-bahan
3 biji telur
150gm gula castor
100gm mentega (dicairkan)
1/2 tsp garam halus
300gm roti
200gm tepung gandum
1 liter santan Mama guna 250ml santan + 750ml susu segar.. janji cukup 1L
200gm jagung krim dlm tin
Cara-cara
  1. Pukul sebati telur dan gula. Masukkan mentega cair, diikuti santan atau susu segar, tepung gandum dan garam halus.
  2. Carik-carikkan roti dan masukkan dalam adunan tadi. Rendam selama 15min-20min.
  3. Masukkan jagung krim dan kacau sebati.
  4. Sapukan mentega pada loyang bingka dan alaskan dasarnya dengan kertas kek Mama pakai non-stick mould.. agaknye sebab tu la tak de kerak2 kat tepi.. cisss.. lainkali pakai loyang biasa aje.. mama suka kerak2 tu..
  5. Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 180 darj celcius selama lebih-kurang sejam.
